In 1992, the brothers Sandro and Piero Sarti with their good friend Gerry O'Donnell opened the first of their Fratelli Sarti and alimentari in Wellington Street, Glasgow.
As soon as the restaurant opened its doors, it became the talking point of the city and the benchmark of many good restaurants today.

Our policy is to use only the best ingredients and to this day we import all our Prosciutto di Parma, Virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, 24 month old Parmigiano Reggiano and much more direct from Italy.
